Rev. Braxton Wade is a pastor, preacher, and bridge-builder rooted in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. Known for his prophetic voice, deep compassion, and ability to cross boundaries of race, class, and culture, Braxton carries a calling to help communities see the Imago Dei in every neighbor.

Over the years, he has pastored both Black and white congregations, guided leaders in seasons of transition, and walked with churches longing for healing, unity, and renewal. He’s equally at home in sanctuaries, neighborhood streets, and boardrooms, believing the Spirit is at work in all three.

Braxton’s ministry sits at the intersection of prayer, justice, and restoration. His heart beats for a reconciled world: a refuge where wounds are tended, dignity is restored, and people rediscover the God who still moves into every neighborhood.

Beyond the pulpit, Braxton is a seasoned business leader with a track record of developing people, building healthy teams, and bringing order and vision to complex systems. He has served in multi-unit leadership roles across major markets, helping organizations grow with integrity, clarity, and care.

Braxton lives with a deep conviction that God is not done with this generation—or this city. His life’s work is to call people toward the hope, healing, and wholeness found when we walk courageously toward one another and toward God.
